Description
Aclean® jc is the premier fabric for antistatic cleanroom garments. Garments made of aclean® jc meet the stringent performance standards of high classification of clean rooms, providing comfort, cleanliness and protection in dust free manufacturing areas for the electronics device industries.
With its close interstice weave structure, aclean® jc fabric achieves greater filtration efficiency than alternative fabrics. Made of high count filament fibre and the 3/2 twill structure, the fabric is lightweight, comfortable and has good air permeability.
The superior anti-static performance is achieved by high quality conductive yarn woven into the base fabric. Garments made of aclean® jc fabric can effectively control the static problem and eliminate the triboelectric charge, and therefore any particle attraction onto the garment.
