Description
microRcks1 is made of 92 % polyester and 8 % conductive yarn. It is a very unique product which combines the wiping performance of a normal polyester wiper with the esd performance of our special conductive yarn. The conductive yarn has an optimum surface resistance, which contributes to its favorable electrostatic properties. MicroRcks1 is in compliance with en 61340-5-1, can suppress the electrostatic potential and protect devices from esd damage.
MicroRcks1 is soft, lint free, offers excellent abrasion resistance, with high water absorption and good wiping performance. With both wiper softness and esd performance are required. MicroRcks1 is a good choice.
These wipers are processed and laundered in a clean room environment. Our laundering process minimizes nvr's, ion content and gives the microRcks1 consistently clean performance.
