Clearing sticky mat consists of thin sheets of a polyethylene film covered by glue. The sticky layer deletes microparticles from a sole of a boot of the personnel, surfaces of rollers of carriages before each input in a cleanroom. Маt is steady against mechanical deformation, prevents creeping on a floor owing to the sticky basis mat. Each mat has thirty numbered replaceable sheets. Sheets are deleted consistently in process of pollution. In a corner of each leaf there is a platform with number, free from glue, for fast branch of unclean layer.
