Description
Electrostatic discharge (esd) can cause sparking and damage. It negatively affects production, yields, manufacturing costs, product quality, reliability and profitability. The hidden costs make an investment in esd control a cost effective means of achieving higher quality and improved yields. Anti-slipping and static dissipative glove could effectively avoid the damage from electrostatic discharge (esd.) They are made of anti-slip knitted fabric for delicate and precise operations.
Characteristics
- The gloves will dissipate an electronic charge from 5,000 volts to zero within 0.3 sec.
- The gloves have constant surface resistivity between 106-7 ohm/square, even after 50 times washing and are the deal protection from harmful contaminants.
- They are made of synthetic filaments, which decrease the production of particles (no dust generation).
Application
- Pcb mill, ic, electronics, semi-conductor, instruments of precision, chemical engineering, mining, electric power industry, explosive manufacturing etc.
- Recommend to use in class 1,000 environment.
- The gloves should be washed at 40?c with neutral detergent, reusable many times. Don’t use chlorine oxidation detergent.
Specification
